THE FOCUS is a quarterly newsletter published by Namrup College. Following the meeting held on August 2, 2025, under the leadership of Dr. Durga Prasad Gogoi, Principal of Namrup College, it was decided to launch this newsletter to comprehensively cover all events and initiatives conducted by the college. Subsequently, the scope of THE FOCUS was broadened to include information from all government institutions, neighboring schools, social and cultural events, as well as regionally relevant and socially beneficial updates of Namrup and its suburbs areas.
The primary aim of this newsletter is to disseminate up-to-date information—from global developments to local issues—in an accessible and meaningful way, fulfilling our responsibilities as a higher educational institution. All information published in THE FOCUS undergoes rigorous review by our esteemed editorial board before publication. However, there may be occasional variations or nuances in published content compared to original sources. We encourage our readers to independently verify any information they find uncertain or require further clarification.
